Friday 16th June

Live music tonight with ‘7 Side South’, from ‘Bewdley’s Southside’ performing a great set of Americana Roots, Boogie, Blues, Folk, & Jazz. Some very tasty covers and a great set of musicians for you to come and enjoy tonight.

Saturday 17th June

Live Music tonight with Andrew Riverstone. Andrew's music pays homage to classic artists from the 60's and 70's, JJ Cale, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. Dynamic, expressive guitar playing draws on years of experience as a top session musician, riffs journey skywards before dropping back to earth on a rootsy rhythm hooked in with a gritty soulful vocal line. Andrew is an authentic talent who lives and breathes music, always giving 100%, so come to a performance and see for yourself, another memorable night!

Saturday 24th June

Friday 30th June

To co-ordinate with the magnificent ‘Severn Valley Railway’ 1940’s weekends, we are pleased to present top cabaret artistes, Maggie O’Hara & Andy Eastwood. A tribute to the legendary stars who kept us smiling through our darkest days, their performance ‘Spirit of the Blitz’ recaptures the patriotic optimism of war-torn Britain. Sing along to swinging hits like Don't Sit Under The Apple Tree, Bless 'Em All, Leaning On A Lamp-Post, and of course, 'We'll Meet Again'. This ‘feel-good’ show recreates all your forties favourites, including Vera Lynn, George Formby, Al Jolson, Anne Shelton , Arthur Askey and Gracie Fields... A truly heart-warming feast of live music and laughter. For those who remember the war years, ‘Spirit Of The Blitz’ is a trip down memory lane; for those who don't, it’s a ‘Sentimental Jour-ney’ back through time to the glorious melodies and good clean comedy that accompanied the nation's 'finest hour'. Please come in 1940’s dress, win a bottle of wine for the best dressed lady and the best gent! Come in good voice for the singa-long, and relive those memorable days when - Britain really was great! 2 performances from Maggie & Andy either side of a 2 course meal. Tickets only in advance - £22.95 - Telephone 01746 861469

Saturday 1st July

Another great night and a unique opportunity to see 'Ian Parker' performing one of his great solo gigs!!  A songwriter genuinely literate, sometimes almost literary, Ian is an original craftsman, expressed through a distinctive bitter-sweet vocal delivery, and a distinctly expressive guitar-style, Ian's songs hold nothing back. This perhaps explains his growing popularity in 'The Blues World' but the truth is he isn't a blues artist, Roots music continues to form the foundation of his sound but there are no boundaries in place in his artistic journey, and the interest lies firmly in entertaining everyone present, not just the guitar fans. The great bluesy licks are still there, but the emphasis is firmly on the songs. We are delighted to welcome him back. Check out his website at

Friday 7th July

Live Music tonight with 'Strumpit', 'a Gypsy Jazz Trio with a twist' Strumpit are at the forefront of the ‘Nu-Gypsy’ Jazz movement. Their unique sound delivers solid, up-tempo, arrangements of original numbers, those from the Django Reinhardt canon, and more unorthodox themes and treatments. Great musicians, and another evening not to be missed!

Saturday 8th July Live music tonight with ‘The Clarksville Mountain Band’ one of the most popular nights at ‘The Bull’.  Virtuoso guitar player and teacher Steve Layton, top bassist Pete Dunn and Richard Heath (Ex frontman Gravelly Hillbillies) on mandolin & vocals who has a great interaction with his audience. are returning again to ‘The Bull’ a really dynamic, professional act. They perform classics from Bob Marley, Dylan, Beatles etc. essentially in a Bluesgrass style but in their own inimitable way. These great musicians have performed at festivals and top gigs in the UK & Ireland. All of their gigs here have been superb, great party atmosphere, and this promises to be another brilliant evening - don't miss it!
