The Reporters breathe new life into popular tunes from the 60's and 70's playing them in a cosy acoustic style that's simplistic and understated; letting the vocal melodies and harmonies carry the song. Founding members Gary Oswell and Graham Curtis played before as a duo with Gary's vocals and lively acoustic guitar style providing accompaniment to Grahams classic vocals. But today, as "The Reporters", they are joined by Alex Cooper on semi-acoustic jazz guitar and Rob Pritchard on percussion providing an overall quality and breadth of sound that is unique and timeless.

Live Music with old friends ‘One Tree Canyon’ came together in late 2012 to bring a far too rarely heard genre to fans of live music. Branded as ‘Rural Rock’ by lead guitarist Dave (Slophand) Robinson, One Tree Canyon play an eclectic selection of Country Rock numbers from such little known acts as Trampled By Turtles, Drive by Truckers, David Ramerez and Darrell Scott along with songs from better known artists like Ryan Adams, Amos Lee and Tom Petty. With close harmony vocals , interlaced with guitar licks ranging from subtle to blistering and backed by a solid groove One Tree Canyon will transport you to the steamy, swampy depths of the southern USA for an evening to remember. These purveyors of finest ‘Rural Rock’ are fronted by Rob Stain on guitar & lead vocals, backed by Dave (Slophand) Robinson - lead guitar, Simon (Snowy) Edwards - Bass & vocals and Daren Bale - Drums & Percussion. Serious nite – out - Not to be missed!
